Enjoy your holidays: Canaima National Park - Venezuela.
Hello dear friends, how are you? Today I come to talk about a beautiful park located in the Bolivar state of Venezuela.
It is curious to speak of this park, because in it are endless things to talk about. But, not to extend the article so much, I will show you the most important and important of this beautiful park.
The first thing is to let them know how big the park is and I have not been asked, but in my opinion it is amazing how big it can be. This park has about 1,082,000 hectares, something big?
In this park is the Caroni river which is the one that supplies the majority of the sectors of Venezuela of water for the personal consumption of the inhabitants.
This park was founded on June 12, 1962. It is one of the 6 largest parks in the world.
Among many things you can find. The most amazing thing about this park is the tepuyes. Which are the ones that give rise to the water that runs throughout the park of beautiful rivers, streams, waterfalls and jumps. Some of these tepuis are very large, the largest of them is the "Auyantepui" with an area of 700 km2 is the best known in the world, in fact it has the highest waterfall in the world that is named "El Salto Ángel "Which originates a free fall of 979 meters.

Another well-known tepuy is Mount Roraima, it is the highest tepuy of the national park, its surface is of about 200 km2. This tepuy is very difficult to take photos as it is always cloudy. It is considered for the pemones a divinity, they have some belief that each Tepuy have gods and they from time to time carry offerings to the tepuyes.
To access the Tepuyes the pemones will serve as tourist guides in exchange for what you can give money.

The biggest pleasure of going to the Canaima National Park is to get to know the rivers, streams, waterfalls and jumps that this park offers.
This park has a road that is part of the Gran Sabana which is very long, runs all the rivers and has an easy access for some, just driving your vehicle on the road you will enjoy its beautiful landscape and if it causes you to throw a Bathroom, you just have to go to the river of your greatest preference and enjoy the river with your relatives.
Of course, the best thing about traveling to this site is trying to get to know them all, there are some rivers that have to have an off road vehicle to go to. But in most cases you can enjoy those on the road.

In my life, I have had the opportunity to go to the park only 2 times. The first time was on a tour that made the bus leave from Caracas and we spent a week in the park enjoying what we reached to this, as it is too big and knowing the whole park is a bit difficult. The second time I traveled was in a private vehicle with my relatives, we also lasted a week there but in this case, unlike the first time, we decided to camp which was an unforgettable experience, because since there is not so much environmental pollution in the park, The amount of stars that are seen at night is astonishing, apart from that at every moment pass many shooting stars. The truth, personally I recommend you go to this park, you will not waste your time. My family and I have plans for the future to go back to the park, if you were only once it is enough to realize and know that you want to go again.

Yes my friend, it's awesome. In fact they recommend walking around with stockings in the feet. It's pretty slippery. I recommend you put google in "Quebrada de Jaspe" You will see very impressive photos. regards!!
