Mediterranean LA
This photo of my youngest daughter was taken in Los Angeles County, within our neighboring city of San Marino. However, I cannot help but be amazed at how much it looks like a scene from some pleasant villa in Italy, Greece, or Spain.
I am very grateful that we can be on one side of the world, but be reminded of a totally different continent. I guess it makes sense though. After all, we only have one world to live in. And as Sting the musician has sung, "one world is enough for all of us."
