What a terrible situation you lived. It seems to me that they do not rectified the complaint, continue saying that "she does not know where she forgot her bag"
It's alright, not so terrible at all. I wasn't attacked physically and it was just a bit of a hassle, that's all ;) The photo I posted was the first complaint indeed, they just rectified it in their database.
Ahh all right. Well be more careful.
I always am :) Some situations are hard to be prevented however haha. Well, 3 robberies in 3 full years of traveling, not a bad score.
