In the footsteps of the Ukrainian ROBIN GUD! How we searched for asylum, Ustim Karmelyuk ... the second day.
It all began with the fact that Ustim had escaped from the Imperial Army, joined the ranks of the peasant movement and headed it! That, you could a little revive in the mind the place where we went, the search is very important to mention the fact that Ustim had at least 7 shoots on his account!
The next escape is one of the most famous documented cases. In the fall, during a night storm, Karmelyuk broke the grate, collected the shirts of all fellow inmates and tied them in a long rope. Toward the end of the rope, he tied a stone and threw it across the prison palisade. With the help of this suspension bridge, all convicts ran one after the other from the window behind the fence - by morning the cell was empty.
