Nice! Which island or islands? We lived on Oahu for the entire summer of 2019 and had the opportunity to visit Maui and The Big Island. We just so happen to be planning a trip there when Southwest opened up their airline to and around Hawaii so we took advantage:
One way from Austin to Honolulu = $100 per person
Round trip from Honolulu to Maui = around $85 per person
Round trip from Honolulu to Big Island = around $95 per person
One way from Honolulu to San Antonio = $200 per person
Absurdly cheap haha we lucked out!
Wow, you did score some excellent prices, we are on Oahu. It's a lot businer now than we thought it would be.
Oh wow, yeah I was hearing Waikiki and the city areas were super dead but maybe they're starting to sprout to life again. Good to know. And yes, we're always looking for cheap flights again but we know it might not ever be as cheap as we originally got them. Excited to go back and glad you're there! -Jacob
