A Little Introduction About Kampala

Kampala is the capital city of Uganda,its a shame as it's the only City....!!! We shall be approving more cities soon though.

Kampala is the business district of uganda where almost all people from other towns throng to.

I have just checked and statistics say it has only about 1.5 million people.I am here to dispute this figure.There are many people here in Kampala to a tune of almost 5 million according to my estimation as a regular and resident.....!!

Kampala is always a busy place as i said earlier,almost all people from other districts come here day in day out to do business.

The city is fast growing as i see new buildings coming up daily(am happy for this).

Today i will not talk about Kampala in general,but just the diversity of our Taxi Park.

Kampala Old Taxi Park

This place is beehive of activity as you will see from the photos i will be posting below.

This is the main transportation location for Uganda.As you can see from the above image,many vehicles(taxi) leading to different locations stage here.

Let me drop a closer pic of a taxi so that you can relate closely.

If you look closely,each taxi is licensed to carry 14 passengers. There are so many of these that ferry people tp different locations.

If you are new here,you can easily get lost as you might find it hard to locate taxis leading to your destination.
There is good news though,this place has people who are willing to direct others to taxis of their destinations(Ugandans are hospitable people).

Crazy Advertising in the Park.

Since the park gathers many people,advertisers so it fit to put billboards around the taxi park.

Let us take an example of Enhance Auto...its a Japanese company that imports used cars to Uganda.

You can also check out Airtel here below,a big telecommunication company in Uganda.

You can also see below Sadolin a big paint company and also Express Money,a money transfer company(i didn't even know of its existence til today....i will not use it though since am in crypto!!!)

I also saw a guess a lotion ad ie clere.
