So many people here in the US prefer to just think of foreign countries as bastions of evil when government officials have disputes. It's a shame that nationalism so easily poisons minds and blinds people to the humanity of others just because of arguably legitimate complaints against the people who rule them. Hatred is toxic, and I hope posts like this shine light into the darkness that such hatred creates and begins to dispel it.
I have seen lots of people from countries like mine(which are infamous in world's eyes), but most of them were nice people, good parents , good friends , educated , open minded and lots of other values that are labeled to first world countries . I realized people might be different but these differences d not make them evil . the only thing messes things up is politics and its affiliations like media(their benefit is in making a group fear from the other ) and then claiming we do anything to make sure you are safe and will keep your freedom
