Me unwrapping a delicious meal I prepared on the Camp fire. {Video}
Eating Hearty ~
I really like using the aluminum foil method when I'm out and about. It's a really simple effective way to make some good food.
I took some preseasoned chicken quarters( A BBQ dry rub), cut up a whole onion, along with a whole potatoe. Ended up wrapping a few corn on the cobs to go with it. I raked a bed of coals out of the fire, and threw it on. I cooked it anywhere from 2-3 hours.
A meal like this is always one to remember, after hiking all day and the cooking time anticipation. We settled down by the camp fire and opened it like a present! I wish you all could have tried it because it was DAMN GOOD!
We filled our bellies and faded away under the stars.
