Flying Over the Alps

Last year I visited Rome to celebrate my birthday with my other half. I captured this photo during the outgoing flight over the alps. It was 16 degrees Celsius and sunny in December. We spent hours strolling the cobbled streets with gelato in hand, so difficult to believe that it was the middle of the winter!
