Hello dear Steemians,

The heat today is almost unbearable, there is a very high humidity, which leads to the things sticking to the body. Here in my office there are cuddly 26 degrees and the air does not move a millimeter in the room. It's good that the lunch break starts in an hour, then I can finally get out of here and go for a ride through the park. The tall trees, provide enough shade, which can lead to the body cooling down. In addition, the many plants provide a wonderful green, which in turn soothes the eyes. If I hurry, I'll make it past the mansion, up to the old castle. There is a wonderful ice cream from spring to autumn. And just as an ice cream, I will then eat on the way back to the office. The pictures of the park I have ever left, so you know where I then relax. So dear Steemians, I wish you also a nice lunch break.

die Hitze heute ist ja fast nicht zum Aushalten, dazu herrscht eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, was dazu führt das die die Sachen auf dem Leib kleben. Hier in meinem Büro sind es kuschlige 26 Grad und die Luft bewegt sich keinen Millimeter im Raum. Es ist gut, dass in einer Stunde die Mittagspause beginnt, dann kann ich endlich hier raus und eine Runde durch den Park gehen. Die hohen Bäume, sorgen für ausreichend Schatten, was dazu führt das sich der Körper abkühlen kann. Zudem sorgen die vielen Pflanzen für ein wundervolles Grün, was wiederum die Augen beruhigt. Wenn ich mich beeile, schaffe ich es vorbei am Herrenhaus, bis hin zum alten Schloss. Dort gibt es vom Frühling bis zum Herbst, ein Herrliches Eis. Und genauso ein Eis, werde ich dann auf dem Rückweg in Büro verspeisen. Die Bilder vom Park habe ich schon mal hiergelassen, damit ihr wisst wo ich mich dann erholen gehe.
