The lakes in the Lausitz have only emerged in recent years. They were laid out in old opencast mining areas. Many years of coal were mined in this landscape. Today, this region is used as a recreational area. And the many lakes invite you to bathe.
Die Seen in der Lausitz sind erst in den letzten Jahren entstanden. Sie wurden in alten Tagebaugebieten angelegt. In dieser Landschaft wurde viele Jahre Kohle abgebaut. Heute wird diese Region als Erholungsgebiet genutzt. Und die vielen Seen laden zum Baden ein.
