How do I help
Okay everybody its very simple up vote this posts and I will donate the earnings to Sint Maarten.
I even decided I will DOUBLE the amount with a maximum of $150, I will also use a Randowhale to generate more power.
So don’t wait and just up vote to help the people in need.

Why do I help
I am very touched by the Natural disaster that hit Sint Maarten, Being from the Netherlands we are close to our Caribbean Islands. I love travelling and went to Sint Maarten a lot when I was working on Cruise Ships, therefore I know a lot of people there personally and many Dutch citizens have relatives there.
Sint Maarten heavily depends on tourism that’s why all Cruise Ships stop there. Because of the disaster the island will be hit double and it will be very hard to bounce back!
I spoke to someone I know and he told me that after the last hurricane his house was without power for 4 months, can you imagine?!

Great initiative, @heyitshaas. I had a friend at university who came from Sint Maarten and she tried patiently for three years to get me to pronounce the name properly. She was an expert sailor (no surprise given where she came from). I lost track of her after university but hope that she and her family are ok. Thank you so much for doing this to help the people of Sint Maarten - what a demonstration of how Steemit can be used for good. Do let us know what channel you use to make the donation and how Sint Maarten receives it. I know they are very busy with other things but it will be great to know their reaction to people from the crypto world helping them out!
Thanks for your response, will look into the best way to donate, most likely through the Dutch goverment that set up an emergency account, they always do that with major crisis.
