Indeed, Malia palace has not been reconstructed with concrete like Knossos... It gives it a feeling of authenticity. You need to work a bit more with your imagination, but at least no one is doing the job for you :) Good photos, @rea ! Missing Crete a lot now haha
So true. At the ruins, you could really "feel" how the structures may have looked back in the day. Plus the information centre showed so many amazing pictures and photos from long ago.
