Our Team will be posting reviews of places to eat in Hawaii. The following are the criteria which we will be using. Instead of stars, we will be using ‘opihi, with five ‘opihi being the best. We are not professional food critics, but a bunch of working class locals that like to see what Hawaii has to offer. We will focus on places, and food, you may not be able to experience in your home town (after all you don't want to fly across the ocean to eat what you can just by walking across the street).
