The sight of a floating market, the sight of a market floating on the waters of Thailand, Italy, or India, floats before the eyes. But the story of a similarly interesting floating market inside our country was unknown to most people three or four years ago. The popularity of this market is slowly spreading for the welfare of social media. The floating market of our country is built around 5 villages of gardens. Sailing on the Piarabojai boat sails all day across the canal. This tour is based on the travel experience of the floating guinea market and some unknown information known today.

Due to the abundance of rivers, the Barisal division of 'Venice of Bengal' is rich in tourism. The most popular tourist area of Barisal division is the floating guinea market. The main source of livelihood for most people in the region is the cultivation of guava and mango, one of the major sources of income. There are very few people who have not heard the fame of Barisal Amar. Farmers of Jhalakathi Sadar Upazila and Pirojpur and Banaripara and Swarupakati Upazilas are particularly involved in the cultivation of this guava. The Jhulkathi aroma, Gabakhan, Biskhali and Sandhya rivers are the main cultivators of guava cultivation in the southern part of the country. More than 200 years old this floating guinea market has been established at a meeting place on the border of Barisal, Pirojpur and Jhalakathi districts. Twenty thousand families from three villages in three districts are engaged in the cultivation of this guava. Locals said there are about 7,
000 guava and mango orchards on 31,000 acres of land.

During the monsoon season boat makers earn some extra money. The floating market, which is about 2 km long, also boasts various types of boats. This sale is done in weekly boat shops in Kuriana village of Swarupakati upazila of Pirojpur district. Every Friday from May to November, the boat's huts and guitars are sitting. Every Friday during the monsoon season, hundreds of gems are brought to the market by the farmers by boat, while on the other hand the guise is sold at wholesale prices and taken for retail sale in different markets. Travelers and photographers from all over the country, even from overseas, are crowded by more than 3 strollers at this time to enjoy a spectacular rally of natural beauty and rural living. And one day I witnessed this traditional and unique business practice.

On the middle of July 25, on a full moon night, I started for Barisal for the first time. The journey started from the Sadarghat Launch Terminal in Dhaka. Forty more people were there as companions on this journey. This is not my first launch ride but it has not been called before. The experience of traveling on the river by night by deck was an extra plus. However, on the way back, I spent the night in the cabin, because I had to return to Dhaka the next morning to attend the office and after an all-day disturbance, the night's sleep was very important. For those who have a habit of waking up, it is not possible to get enough sleep. Because the lights keep burning all night, and the sound of a hawker can be heard.

We planned to spend the night and were told that we would reach Sadarghat by 5 pm. It was supposed to leave at 8pm. Now the question, why was it called three hours ago? Because there is no arrangement for anyone to call. You should spend the night by occupying the place here. So when I reached Sadarghat after five o'clock in the afternoon after leaving the office on Thursday afternoon, I was fairly certain that I could not find such a place to spend the night. But when we finally met a group representative at a scheduled launch for us - I found out that things were not as serious. It should be noted that the brother of the delegation had arrived earlier and had occupied a convenient area of rope, calculating the required space for all of our party. Within that boundary, we again occupy our space more precisely with our own bags. When it was time to go to bed after dinner, I saw a strange sight. Everyone who visits this route regularly is familiar with this view.

Traditionally, every man who was sleeping in a bed with a bed in his bed, grabbed his water bottle and slept. Almost everyone slept the same way. Although quite surprised, I could not express my ignorance to everyone. Just realized that I am not the only one to know about this and will know about it later. So look forward to it. But we go to bed around dawn. During the cloudless night, the moon did not know how the night passed with the new acquaintances traveling between the moon, the torrential rain and the music playing. This time spent at launch is a complete experience in itself! Dinner is served inside the launch which, in my opinion, was good enough. Also inside the launch there is tea and breakfast throughout the night. When I could not stay awake at the end of the night, I woke up and went to my designated place and tried to sleep. At four o'clock in the morning, it was announced that we had reached the ghat.

Just this time, notice that several teenage boys are walking throughout the deck. They have a bed shelf in the shape of a hanging bag. It turned out to be a good note, for those like me who did not sleep in a bottle of water, their bottles are going to be shipped inside the mattress made in sheets. Needless to say, mine went before the eyes. Although a little water bottle, the experience was not in the slightest.

Shortly after launching a breakfast at a local restaurant, we left for Banaripara by bus. Arriving at Banaripara, we started our journey towards Bhimaruli floating guar bazaar, sitting on the roof of a trailer standing by the river in the evening. Numerous bridges can be seen all over the river - some made of bamboo, some of concrete. Some of the bridges were so low that we had to secure our heads after lying on the roof of the stroller. As we walked along the river, numerous gardens and gardens were seen. Some of the tree trunks were so low that the mangoes were covered. It goes hand in hand with our trailer. Amra had not grown enough yet. On the move, I saw guinea farmers working in the garden, while others were taking the boat for the guinea market.

After reaching the market, we spend time in the market at will. Bought the guava It is not possible to buy guava for one or two kg here. It is better to buy the kilograms of the boat completely. These guitars are sold very cheaply. The guava is produced without any harmful fertilizer application. Along with the guava, raw bananas and lemons were also being sold here. And among the farmers who brought these fruits by boat to the market were men of all ages. Due to the closure of the school on Friday, young children also come to the market by boat with their father and gain hands on business through practical experience.

After lunch, we had lunch at the house of a local resident of Kuriana village. Then our destination was Durgasagar and Guthia Mosque. These two places are also very famous. Finally, we returned to the Barisal launch bar. But this time instead of deck, I spent the night in the launch cabin and reached Dhaka just before 7am the next morning. All in all, about 38 hours. And the cost was only 2000 taka.
