Pattaya is a big place and honestly anywhere you eat is usually ok . There is a place that was my favorite which was good serving and fairly priced it's call KISS and it's on second road opposite Mike's Shopping Center. Do get up to Jomtien Beach better for swimming much cleaner then Pattaya beach...you can get one of them baht trucks that run around cost only 10 baht will drop you at Jomtien beach.
