@haydae by reading your story it seems to me that Rabat has a much nicer atmoshpere than Marrakech? Though to escape the influence from the color blue in this town I think ;)
Yes we definitely felt that the atmosphere was much nicer in Rabat. Marrakesh is a beautiful city, there’s no denying that, but it can be a pain to visit because of all the hustlers and it is very touristy, to the point that it doesn’t feel real anymore.
Rabat is busier but it feels less overwhelming and the history as well as the architecture are great. Plus, it’s right next to the sea, which is always nice. There’s no escaping the colour blue though, you’re right. ^^
