I made to Thailand. Hell of flight. But got there from Tampa Florida for under 500 dollars, just had to sacrafice a 16 hour layover and a cold night in LAX airport.
Tampa to LA - was about $150 with Spirit Air.
Then LA to Bangkok was $300 with Hong Kong Air.
But well worth it, the next best ticket for this time frame was about 400 dollars more expensive!
"Budget" Travel Pro! haha.
