Today, I'd like to show you the Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom where we are staying for one night. It is located on Silom Road in the center of Bangkok and close to 2 BTS sky train stations. It is close to the famous Patpong Night Market for those who are birds of the night.

In the evening we are booked for their seafood buffet and I will share photos with you.

The restaurant

Seafood buffet for dinner at the restaurant. It is very popular and was fully booked. I believe it is the place to be if you like to eat crabs.

A wide choice of desert as well, if you are still hungry…

Welldone Cheetah!

I thought if you put the link you would not get a cheetah hit. I have seen other posts that did that and did not get the cheetah. I'm so confused! Lovely spot you found yourself in :)

Yes, don't know what this cheetah robot is...

Cheetah looks on the internet for plagiarized content. If the same words appear elsewhere before you wrote them - it dings you. I got it once for quoting one of my own comments here at steemit into a later post. Now if I do anything like that, I change a few words so it is not the same as before.

But I was told if you put the link to the text you were using, the cheetah would not get you. Apparently not.

Cheetah is really to catch people who do this for every post. Some people have zero original content and just copy paste other people's blog posts from somewhere into steemit. Once you've done that enough times - the real people will come and downvote your account to oblivion.

One or two hits is not a problem - just annoying.

Thanks for explaining it @fitinfun. I just use the Hotel description as they use it on their site and different listings, and I believe it's the way they'd like to see it. I'll try to change a few things next time.

I've seen people take the text from a site as a snippit - this way the text is a graphic and so is not read by cheetah.

I totally get your dilemma. I post affiliate links often and use text given to me by the merchants. But for steemit - I'm tweaking the text since other people use it besides me.

It's always something in this place :)
