2 Nights at the Veranda Resort and SPA Hua Hin - Cha Am
This was our last two days of vacation for the October school break and we stayed for the first time at the Veranda Resort and SPA in Cha Am.
I will show you lots of photos in this post and tell you what we liked and a few things that we also disliked. The Resort is located at an isolated and clean section of the Cha-Am beach and just a few kilometers from Cha Am itself and its most popular and crowded beach.
Veranda Resort and SPA Hua Hin - Cha Am
Some information about the Veranda Resort and SPA Hua Hin - Cha Am from their website.
Address:
737/12 Mung Talay Road, Cha Am, Petchburi 76120, Thailand.

The resort
The buildings are lovely and there is an interesting design with water going from the lobby to the swimming-pool.
Our Veranda Deluxe Room
This is our room with a huge bed, which was on the ground floor. Despite the room is 44 square meters, we felt like it was too small, especially the bathroom area.
The bathroomA nice bath-tub with a very small shower/toilet area.
Very poor water drain, which made the floor always wet after taking a shower.
We didn't like this room that much because for the price we expected something bigger, when we compare to other rooms we had in hotels of the same category.
Breakfast in the restaurant
Food was varied and very good, but coffee very ordinary.
Some close-ups on the food.
We ate this breakfast on the first morning as we had a voucher for it, but on the second morning we went outside.
The reason for that is the price that this hotel charge children over 6 years old for a breakfast. Regular price is 750 THB per person and they give a whopping discount for children, which makes it still 450 THB. Considering that my daughter eats very little, and I guess any children of this age, we found it excessive to pay that much when other hotels of the same category start charging for breakfast at 12 years old.
The swimming-pool
The swimming-pool is the highlight of this resort. One of the best swimming-pool we have swum in. Beautiful view on the sea.
Swimming-pool area, bar and restaurant
The area is nicely designed and very pleasant.
The beach
The beach is just a few steps in front of the swimming-pool and it is very clean.
The Restaurant
This was our dinner at the restauant.
If you order the Satay, do not take beef!
The Kids Club
A small Kids Club for younger children.
All in all I don't thing we will stay again at the Veranda Resort and SPA Hua Hin - Cha Am because of what I explained in the post, but you may have a better experience than we had.
I hope that you enjoyed this post and all the photos. Please upvote if you'd like me to write more travel posts with photos like this one.
