Steemit and Cluj-Napoca, the land of Dracula

Maybe you've heard about Romania, maybe not. But I'm pretty sure you know about Dracula, the vampire from Transylvania. What you need to know is that Dracula is also known as Vlad Tepes, a ruler in the old country of Romania. He was living in the Transylvanian region. 

Well, Romania is not just that, but this is a good introduction when you talk with people from other countries. To be more specific, Cluj-Napoca, the second biggest city in this country is awesome!

First of all  Cluj is located at the same distance between  three different European capitals: Bucharest, Budapest and Belgrade.  It holds a central position in the Transylvania region, and its picturesque surrounding preserved a reach flora and fauna. Regardless of the season, outdoor entertainment is always available. 

Second of all,  traces of all this periods are scattered around the city. One can find the archaeological remains of the Dacian and Roman settlements, the walls  and bastions of the medieval fortress or the architectural testimonials of the modern period. Anyone with a taste for architecture can distinguish the multitude of styles, periods and currents sat side by side throughout the city. 

Last but not least, Cluj is a place for all. With a open mindset, we don’t care where you come from, how do you look like or what music you listen to, as long as you are cool, we are friends! 

So now, that you have just a bit of information about Romania, what does this have to do with Steemit? 

This is were I come in: As a person who loves this city, I plan to showcase more why is one of the greatest places in the word, show you why you should visit and what can you do here.

Is really important to have a clue of what Cluj-Napoca can offer and what can you do here. I'm going to post about twice a week with an interesting story or fact in order for all of us to find out more.

But you'll ask "@gaitan, but what are you going to do with the all that cash you make posting on Steemit?" 

The answer in simple: I'm volunteering for different causes for a few years now and I know the struggle when you look up for support in your initiatives. The support I get on Steemit will be invested in social projects for Cluj-Napoca's community and let's hope the impact will be great.
