Enchanted Kingdom

in #travel7 years ago (edited)
Enchanted Kingdom (EK) is one of my favorite theme parks in the Philippines. It is located in Sta. Rosa Laguna and has a land area of 25 hectares. EK began a 10-year expansion in 2016 but as of writing, the park has more than 20 rides and attractions already.

My boyfriend and I went to EK last December 2017 and availed their birthday promo. EK offers an Enchanting Birthday Blowout, where the celebrant must bring a minimum of one paying companion. The celebrant will be given a FREE ticket, inclusive of admission and rides (except Agila the EKSperience and gated attractions). The promo can be availed on the celebrant's actual birthdate or 6 days before/after their actual birthday.

Since my boyfriend's free ticket did not include the Agila, we just bought a regular Agila ticket, which costed P500. I also got 10% discount for my ticket.

Upon entry, you will see the Victorian Park. It includes the Grand Carousel with 60 Victorian horses, 4 goddesses and cherub chariots. I loved it most during the night. I'll show you more photos of the carousel later.

We first went to Agila the EKsperience. At first, I thought we would be seeing a real eagle. I was hesitant since I do not like seeing animals in cages. I'm glad that we pushed through as the experience was amazing. Agila is a theater which will let you fly like an Eagle and explore the best of the Philippines. Unfortunately, cameras are not allowed inside so I cannot show you what it looks like.

There were also mini games where you could win stuffed toys. My man enjoyed this. I didn't even hit one cup. Haha. Still happy 'cause he got me a stuffed dog! Super cute!

Below are photos of some of the rides and attractions. We were not able to experience most of the rides so we'll definitely come back. Will post more photos by then. :)
