Variety is definitely the word for it. Looking at the pictures, going from thick forest to open beach to forest again.
I havent had the pleasures of walking with a hiking stick. I found it annoying as Its having to carry things all the time and that annoys me. I like having free hands.
Just seeing the view over the water, I dont think I could ever leave that place. You are making me want to go back to the beach! I need to go swimming.
With the walking poles, they can get in the way a little bit but they are so helpful if you're struggling and need to have some extra support whilst going up and down those steep sections. I know I needed them for parts of this walk and was grateful for the relief I got from them!
The sound of the waves... Can't beat it hey 🙂

Or just that bit of support if the legs are getting a little heavy 🙂
I could just listen to the sounds of the waves all day. So relaxing!
