Have you looked in Popayan Colombia? I stayed there for a few days. They have a historic area with all white architecture. You may find that interesting too.
If I get the chance to travel there, then I would like to be there for two months, and this time gives a lot of opportunity to see. And yes I think this cam be interesting. I like B&W photography and B&W art :)

How cheap there is a normal apartment is? :)
I had a good size hotel room for 13 dollars a night. That's about 400 a month. So Based on that, I bet if you could find something decent for $150-250. But I personally haven't looked into apartments there.

And if I have 500 euros is this good for food money for one month ?
500 euros a month is good if you're me. If you like to spend and go to fancy restaurants you'll want to bring more. The average Colombian lives on much less than 500 Euros a month. I averaged about 17 USD a day.

As for an apartment. That would take some serious online research in spanish, anything you find in English will be a rip off for tourists. Are you fluent in Spanish? Because you should get a hotel for a week, then talk to locals and learn how they would look for an apartment for two months.
No I do not speak that language.... :)) But... But if I do not go and do not try,
then I can not know it. So I have to go and try. I do not want to tell myself that language is the only obstacle. And yes I was think this too , that I have to spend a one month in hotel before, and then I look at where it would be possible to get an Cheap apartment. And I believe it will be difficult, but if I do not try then I will not learn.
