Happy new month steemit!

I just came home from a short hiking and camping trip on the other side of the island and it feels like I am away for ages!

For those that they don’t know it, I live on Crete, the largest of the Greek islands so popping over to the other side involves a 5 hours drive, 3 towns that I usually stop to see friends and a completely different scenery. The past few days I was camping at Sougia, a gorgeous beach in the south shores of Chania and I did an unforgettable hike through one of the longest gorges in Europe. I am really excited since it was a trip I was postponing for years and now that I did it I can say it was even better than I ever hoped!
