3 Must-See Destination in Voss, Norway.

Perfect destination for traveler, nomad , adventure junkie, family outdoor activities and of course backpacker experience.

These are our moments together. My lover took me to the happiest country in the world and would love to share this 4 days trip with you.

Let's get started

1. Voss Camping Site

For $20 you can enjoy camping with an amazing view in the daytime and night time. Free internet, you can cook in an open-fire enjoy the fresh air and beautiful sceneries by the lake. They said it is also a perfect spot for the winter season where you can see the stunning northern lights and a great destination for skiing.

2. Twindefossen Waterfall

A spectacular destination not to missed! This gorgeous waterfall stands for 152m which provides an easy access, it is located right across the road on E16. Believe me, you won't regret the impressive scenery it offers camping destination to unwind, cabin for an overnight stay. There are a few restaurants nearby and a souvenir shop.

From the town center, look for the bus parking lot. Keep it mind about its schedule and that there will be loads of people.
When we get there in autumn season, the weather isn't cooperating so well. It's raining, one of the reasons why we didn't capture that much and I think summer is the ideal moment to visit this waterfall attraction.

3. Bordalsgjelet Gorge

A walking distance hike from the center of the town, pretty easy to walk on a good road. We wandered from the lake with a refreshing green landscape, comfortable weather to stroll in the autumn. Perfect for family getaway adventure. There are some signs when you get there. It's been open to public viewing point, you will get there around 40-50 minutes walk depending on your pace.

Norway is such an amazing country it has a lot of things and nature to offer. The people are nice, friendly, the socio-economic status seems like a topnotch, the government care about education and health. No wonder it is rank the number one happiest country in the world!

We planned to return here in the near future together and perhaps experience the winter sports and the eye-catching northern lights.

Life isn't good when you spend working all the time. Life needs balance. Invest it on things that you want to accomplish, your happiness, freedom and your ultimate desire. Mine is love, adventure, volunteer and travel. ;))
