The North neighbour of Ukraine
Belorussia. Population 9,5 millions . And the only 1 president since 1991 ... capital is Minsk .
I had strange feeling when I came there . I was born in Soviet Union , in the time when 15 countries were together. We can say now many bad or good things about life at that time, or regime, or communism in general .. so in Belorussia it have feeling that time has stopped for last 30 years . I saw the same streets , shops , bookstores, parks, people , faces in my distant childhood ..
it seams for 30 years here nothing has changed ..

Very interesting architecture. Is there rooms under those glass domes? Who is that man in the sculpture who is holding a scroll and has his hand over a building (looks like a philosopher?) I would like to know the story behind that statue. Do you know it?
