The Dragon And Tiger Pagodas (Chinese: 龍虎塔;)
The Dragon and Tiger Pagodas (Chinese: 龍虎塔;) are two of several temples located around the shores of Lotus Lake in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. Lotus Lake is a man made pond built in 1951 on the eastern side of the Zuoying District in Kaohsiung City. This is a major display of temples, the largest group of temples in Southern Taiwan. While viewing the Dragon and Tiger Pagodas, you might also enjoy the Spring and Autumn Pavilions (春秋閣), as well as the Confucian Temple (孔廟). You might want to consider having lunch around the pond and enjoy the famous Lotus Plants on the lake itself. With their amazing beauty and extensive scents, there is much to enjoy while taking a short walk around the lake. There is plenty to keep you busy for the day, at Lotus Lake, Kaohsiung City in Southern Taiwan.
