Coastal coral reefs and volcanic rock lace the beaches of Shihtiping, Taiwan
The beaches at Shihtiping are rich with many colors of coral in the coral reef. This reef is home to tropical fish, seaweed, and many other species of fish and shellfish. This is the Intertidal Zone and the lava rocks form a stair way in the tidal pools. What a magnificent sea coast is formed by all these elements coming together.
