Papayas are bright in color and have a sweet taste. Papayas are thought to possibly assist in lowering blood pressure, possibly help to regulate blood glucose levels for diabetics, aid in some types of wound healing, assist in digestion, and possibly help prevent heart disease. There are many current studies being done to help prove these claims. Regardless of the outcome, the beautiful Papaya is very good to eat.
