Hsinchu City---The Old And The New Blend In Harmony
One thing about Hsinchu that was so obvious was the respect and harmony for each other. People did not advertise their wealth, but were humble and respectful to all. It was not unusual to see a man come out of a beautiful apartment and another man come out of a near by shack. The next view would be of the two friends walking down the street together. The Chinese principles of honor and respect prevailed this beautiful city.
