All aboard, the Disneyland Railroad in Disneyland California USA. This remarkable railroad is a narrow-gauge railroad that can be found in Anaheim, California’s Disneyland. The Disneyland Railroad is ready to embark on the most magical tour. The Railroad has shared the magic of Disneyland California USA since the park first opened on July 17th, 1955. So take a ride on the Disneyland Railroad.
Celebrate the magic! Take the full circle tour, jumping on and off at different locations. Each location is an adventure in itself and is ready to share the magic. You can take time to explore each and every event as it comes, or relax and enjoy the full circle of the park, taking in the excitement as you go. Passengers on the Disneyland Railroad can remain on this exciting train for as long as they desire. The original railroad loop was 1.5-miles with newer additions with newer additions being added over the years. These additions were added to enhance the excitement of the day. The railroad stops at Main Street USA, New Orland’s Square, Mickey’s Toontown, Frontierland, and Tomorrowland. You will pass exciting places like, It’s a small world after all, The Grand Canyon, and the Primeval World Diorama. When you are riding the Disneyland Railroad, the magic of the day just keeps coming.
The Disneyland Railroad has five amazing narrow-gauge steam locomotives. This includes the first four locomotives that were named after former Santa Fe Railroad Chief Executive Officers. In recent years, a new steam engine has been added to the ranks. On any day, there is always at least two trains running, one behind the other. On the extremely busy days, you will often see three or four trains running one after the other at all times.
