Vlasovo (on the Shardenga river)

in #travel5 years ago

The village of Vlasovo is located in the Veliky Ustyug district of the Vologda region, near the river Shardenga. There are many villages with such a name, so I clarified. There are no permanent residents in the village, but some houses look as if sometimes come to them.

To get here, you need to turn off the asphalt road onto the field road and, after driving a little bit, climb a small hill. Vlasovo is located very close to the highway, but houses are not visible from it. In general, I learned about this village from a resident of our region, who told me that no one lives in the village.

The grass of the field is already up to the waist. On a hot day, a lot of horseflies, which do not just bother, but make the walk unbearable.

The roads are almost invisible, but you can still drive through it.

Due to the high grass, the windows are not visible, only the roofs are visible.

The largest house in Vlasovo is a five-wall, covered with a lath.

Inside on the veranda scattered children's toys.

And in the living rooms still preserved furniture. Residents left this house quite recently.

Five-wall houses always differed large size rooms.

A poster on the wall.

Another "good" house stands under the old rowan. From afar in appearance it seems that someone lives in the house.

But the windows in it are not all intact. Everything around was so overgrown with grass that I made my way through the thickets for a very long time.

From the top of the hill other residential villages are visible.

The third house, which has been preserved in good condition, stands at the very beginning of the village. Bushes and trees grow around it. It looks like an introvert's home.

This is the only house with whole windows and a closed door.

The rest of the houses are completely dilapidated: the roof has failed and shines through, there are no windows.

Strong gusts of wind creak dangling on the word of honor boards.

But there is a phone, the call for which is now made free.

On the hillside.

Wildflowers.

Lamp.

Vlasovo was a good place. Cozy small village with a beautiful view. If it were not for the f*cking horseflies, I would have walked here longer...
