Salt lake
On the bank of the river Northern Dvina, near the town of Kotlas, the Arkhangelsk region there is a salt lake.
It is small in size, and the water in it is really salty. And at the bottom there is a therapeutic mud.
Many people come here, even from other regions, to collect salty water from the source, to smear medicinal mud or take it with them.
Earlier there were two lakes, but the flood of 2016 washed the shore so much that one lake just leaked into the river ...
Photo of the second lake in 2011. Now here the collapsed shore.

they come there just for the mud? wow
Yes, because the mud is medicinal
