Mikhailo-Archangel monastery

The Mikhailo-Archangel woman monastery is located in the center of Veliky Ustyug.

The area covers an entire quarter. Now there is the Veliky Ustyug Autotransport College. Of course, not in temples, but in a separate building.

Temples are inactive, in some there are museums. Most of all I like to walk around the territory of the monastery in the autumn, because there are many birches here.

I really like the Vladimir's Gate Church. In general, when turn off the lights at night, then in the winter you can see the Milky Way from anywhere in the city.

The gate deserves special attention. They are interesting in that there are unusual spires with spikes at the top.
