Kuzino. The center-2

in #travel5 years ago

One of the main streets, which are the main transport arteries of the village, is Gogol Street. Behind this street there is a quarter in which the most dilapidated housing is located in the village of Kuzino.

There are three of the most abandoned houses, each of which has one or two residential apartments.

All of them are of the same design type. I suspect that this is one of the very first houses.
From historical data: "In 1928 four two-story houses were built with a total living area of 1,310 sq.m."

Today it turns out that the houses are about a hundred years old.

One of completely uninhabited.

The house suffered from fire.

Other houses that were built a little later also have lifeless windows.

The well is an integral part of the courtyards of Cusino.

All homes in this quarter are inhabited by half. No one wants to live in the village, where there is no production and poor transport accessibility.

And since there are no residents in the house, then there is no need for a large barn. The old one was destroyed (or burned), and the new one did not appear.

But despite the small population, all the yards are cleaned of snow.

Another abandoned apartment building.

And maybe even a hostel.

It looks good combination of blue house with white trim on the windows.

And again, judging by the empty and lifeless windows, few people live in the house.

School. Primary school building.

The main body of the school. The building was built in 1930.

I used to be afraid to go to Kuzino. According to rumors, there are many Gypsies here. Yes, they are here, but I have not seen them.

After walking around Kuzino, I changed my attitude towards the village for the better. It is cozy, clean, but many abandoned houses. There was a large factory here and people lived with pleasure... now they survive. They would build a bridge here, but the authorities cannot afford such a huge amount and they do not see profitability in building a bridge, since there is no production here. A vicious circle is obtained. How to make production here if there is no bridge?

For the sake of a couple of thousand people, no one wants to spend billions of rubles, so Cusino and all the villages on the other side of the river gradually disappear. Perhaps soon the village will return to the sources and will consist of those villages from which it all began: Esiplevo, Borodkino and Borovichi.

I have already seen it somewhere. The author is the same.

Another Soviet car.

Playground.

And that's it, say goodbye! Thank you, Kuzino, for the atmosphere and impressions.
