Abandoned Shipbuilding Shiprepairing Plant

Velikiy Ustyug was famous in Soviet times for many spheres of production. Among them was the town-forming enterprise Shipbuilding Shiprepairing Plant (SSRZ). But like everywhere else it collapsed, it sold out.
Once we managed to crawl over the abandoned buildings belonging to the court factory, which are now being used for other purposes or completely demolished.

The bus is in the middle of a huge workshop. How did he end up there and what was he doing there?
