the most delicious bakso in Bandung ( indonesia ) part 1

today i'm going to share my bakso's experience in my town.

Bakso its one of the most delicious food in Bandung. Bakso its meatball served with vegetables such as mustard greens and noodles. Served with beef gravy and separated sauce to add in such as black soy sauce and chili sauce.

There’s 4 type of people who sale bakso, from small seller to large seller.

Type number 1 : Mang Bakso

Mang Bakso is usually a man who around neighborhood carrying his bakso with gerobak/wagon. They traveling around neighborhood and come to the people offering his bakso using his unique sound to call on them. The price its cheap and the taste its not too bad. The price its between IDR 5000 to IDR 15.000 per bowl or about 0.34 USD to 1 USD per bowl, it’s so cheap right? I have one of my favorite mang bakso in my neighborhood, its name is Bakso idola. The price its only 1 USD but the taste its soooo delicious.

Type number 2 : Mang Bakso who have place

This kind of bakso seller, they stay in one place. Which mean he’s not selling around neighborhood carrying his gerobak, but stay in one place and waiting people to come. Usually they have tiny place with 1 to 10 seats. How about the price? The price it’s not far enough with Mang bakso, the price range its between 1 USD to 2 USD per bowl, the taste? Some good some not. One of who have good taste and delicious is Bakso Mang ade. The taste its good but the place it’s not soo good, the place too tiny and uncomforted, a little bit dirty and stink, some people who love cleanliness will forget the taste and choose another place, i bet. Apart from cleanliness of the place, t i admit the taste its delicious, but i rather choose another place to eat than eat right there but feel uncomforted. You can search using search engine where the Mang ade bakso is, its place in Buah Batu area near by university of isbi Bandung.

Type number 3 : Cheap Famous Bakso

This kind of bakso seller have similarity with Bakso seller type 2, they sale their bakso in one place, but They have comfort place with 1 to 50 seats. And this kind type bakso seller it’s my favorite. Why? Because the price its usually cheap but the place its comfort and the taste its very good. This kind of bakso restaurant its such as, Bakso mantap (my favorite number 1), Bakso ikhsan, Bakso serayu, Bakso serayu, Bakso MM, Bakso Idola, Bakso semar and Bakso lotus. I’ll telling you my bakso experience based on Bakso type number 3 in the future.
 
Type number 4: Big seller of Bakso

Big seller/big bakso business, usually they have a restaurant who served bakso and others food. There’s some famous bakso restaurant in Bandung, such as Bakso Boedjangan, Bakso malang karapitan (BMK), Bakso serayu, Bakso ikhsan and Bakso Lapangan Tembak. They have large and comfort place, its comparable with the price. The price between IDR 20.000 to IDR 50,000 per bowl or about 2 USD to 4 USD per bowl.
