It looks like it would be great for cross country skiing where you were walking, no? The last time I went skiing in France, it was in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France.

hey this is my region, I live in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region ! 😉 I confess this is a very big region , so maybe it was not very closed to Annecy, but if we consider the distances in your country when you drive from one state to another, our distances are shorter indeed 😄
