Hot Water Beach ๐ is a 'Must Do' activity when visiting The Coromandel.
An underground river of hot water flows from the interior of the earth to surface in the Pacific Ocean at Hot Water Beach.
You can dig your own geothermal hot pool ๐ Bring or borrow a bucket! ๐ณ๏ธ

Thames is an old gold mining town ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ- a historical town situated 1.5 hours' drive from Auckland. Thames has a rich history and is the great place to start any visit to the Coromandel Pensinsula.
