How to save 50% of your money while you travel?

in #travel8 years ago (edited)

I love traveling, who doesn’t?

But most of the time traveling is associated with high costs, especially on accommodation.

For my surprise, I accidently received exclusive rights to be a member of one of the biggest international internet shops in the world – QNet, which deals with lots of different products, including traveling.

Based on the fact that it is a direct selling company, they eliminated all of the distributors and signed contracts with thousands of hotels across the globe. In this way it gives us an ability to stay at the most expensive and luxury hotels but instead of paying thousands of dollars per night, we can pay $25-$50/night.

Isn’t that awesome?

I have never considered the power of this but now I do.

I know that Steemit may not be the best place to advertise anything but if a person can able to show how to save literally thousands of dollars on each trip, why not to share this?

I believe you can find this info valuable during your travels. I’m not forcing you to buy it in any case, I’m just sharing what I found useful.

Anyways, QNet has several types of products that are related to traveling. I perceive tripsavr as the most amazing one. It is fairly new on the market (June 2016) but have already become one of the most popular way to save money on the road across the globe.

Tripsavr allows you to create and plan the entire vacation online and save a huge portion of money on that. You probably know that booking online is the most convenient way in our days so the company envisioned that in advance.

I haven’t used it yet, but I’m about to do so on New Year I suppose.

What is included:

  • booking a room/rooms in one of 400,000 hotels and resorts across the world
  • renting a car in more than 8000 nationwide locations
  • weekly resort stays in various destinations around the world
  • ability to add thousands of activities and excursions to your vacation

So how does it work?

Basically when you purchase tripsavr, you have an instant access to your personal account where you will receive savings dollars. Savings dollars is a certain amount of money that you can use in order to book a room by saving up to 50%.

I recently purchased one of those packages, so here’s the actual view of internal account.

As you can see there’s a search field to go through location where you want, arrival/departure date, the number of rooms and the number of people in particular room.

Hotels

If we scroll through the hotels, we can see a huge number of them. Let’s look at “Hotel Barcelona Princess” just for fun.

As you can see, there’s a “Public Price” (the original price), “Savings Dollars” (the amount of savings dollars that will be used from your Savings Bank Balance) and “You Pay” price (total amount that you need to pay per night).

It is very important to understand that “You Pay” price is the actual amount of money that you will need to pay with your credit card, not the amount of money that will be withdrawn from your Savings Bank Balance. I was really confused with this one, so make sure you got it right.

In any case, the prices are drastically lower in comparison to real prices. On top of that you can save lots of money by using your Savings Dollars.

For instance Bellagio, one of the most expensive hotels in Las Vegas, where “The Hangover” movie was made, costs $119 for 2 people per night. This is insanely cheap, I mean really cheap. The reason for that is because QNet works directly with this hotel and 400,000 more.

Cars

The same applies to renting cars. Prices are decreased a lot. So you can literally rent a car for $11-$50 per day. How cool is that?

Weekly rentals

You can also rent resorts, villages, hotels and yacht clubs for 8 and 7 nights. Those prices can literally astound you but you can get used to them, I suppose :)

Activities

This one blew my mind as well. You can book excursions, private tours and even private arrival transfer, which is kind of cool as well. Depending on the country you are spending the time in, activities can have absolutely diverse range.

How to purchase Tripsavr

If you liked the prices and the ability to book online almost everything, you can do that by the following instructions:

  • Go to qnet.net

  • Click on “Shop” tab at the top and then “Continue to shop”

  • In the field “IR ID No. of my referrer*” enter hd796783 (this is my code), choose the country you’re living in and click “Check referrer”. Just because QNet is a private internet shop and works with referral system, you need to enter an hd code of a person who recommend you that.

  • Then hit “shop now” and choose the category “holidays”

  • Now you will be able to pick one of Tripsavr packages. All of them will be available for the rest of your life so even if you don’t want to travel right now, you can use your account 10 years from now, which is very convenient.

  • Then hit “Add to cart” under a search field

  • Agree with Terms and Conditions and click “Chechout”

  • Then fill in the registration form and you can make a payment with your credit card. Make sure it has an appropriate internet limit.

I hope this information was helpful, and you now have an ability to travel cheaper without reducing the comfort that Tripsavr brings to you.
