Tour of the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery
When I was in Boston we went on a tour of the Samuel Adams Brewery. Here are some pictures I took.
They had some really cool looking old beer barrels and decorations.
Here is some of the hops and malt they use to make their beers.
This place is pretty awesome. They do not actually brew any beer they sell in stores here. This entire brewery only brews new beers and test beers some of which never make it to the market for sale. Their main breweries are in different locations in the USA.
What is really great is that the tour is free! Yes you do not pay anything, just show up and they have a tour that starts about every hour. They do take donations if you choose to donate which go to some local Boston charities.
But the best part is, at the end of the tour you get FREE BEER! They actually let you try the test beers they make which they do not sell in stores :)
So we tried a pitcher... maybe 2... ;)
So if you like beer and are ever in Boston I highly recommend going. Check out their website for more info https://www.samueladams.com/brewery-and-craft/boston-brewery
But who is Samuel Adams??
:) The beer is named after Samuel Adams one of the founding fathers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Adams
A solid beer for sure, but I'd prefer some Wisconsin microbrews! Peace (-:
Samuel Adams is a very good beer but I'm sticking with my Yuengling Traditional Lager from Pa. Great pics!
yes, Yuengling is great also :)
