Whakapapa Ski Fields, Mt Ruapehu, New Zealand

Around 5 minutes drive from the Pihanga Cafe and T Bad, it's Whakapapa Village. Very close but looks like a different world. We can go up by using Gondola
Or drive up to the car parking area
It's uphill from the Cafe, we made a stop for photos

I wasn't planning to ski so only went up to see the view. Too cold as i was only wearing sandals and shorts. Lol

Is it snow just in the mountains? There is some talk about a “solar minimum” that we are entering. The winters to be much colder for some time.

@djohan, Most cold looking place of Whakapapa village. Seemed different world there. Lot of snow condition also. Hard to feel high cold. Best animation gif creations of every places of here.
