This is the Hot Water beach in Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand. Not far from the Cathedral Cove.
Like the name suggests, it has hot water underneath the sand. You need to dig a hole first

Hot water under the sand is pretty interesting, its a little bit crowded for my taste though.
thank you azfix, yes it was quite crowded as the hot water area is only a small part of the beach and best enjoyed around sunset
