Wenn man seine Gedanken lange genug treiben lässt, findet man sich ohne fremdes Zutun in einer Robinsonade wieder und die eigene Fantasie beginnt, eine der Hütten einzurichten.
Als ich nach diesem anstrengenden Aktivtag nach Hause kam, fand ich noch eine große Überraschung vor. Eigentlich wollte ich mich nur frisch machen und einen Drink an meiner geliebten Fruchtbar nehmen, aber die war weg!

Nein, nur umgezogen, in meinen Vorgarten. Keine Ahnung warum und wieso.
Nun warte ich nur noch auf die Beleuchtung und das Personal.
Ich sollte morgen gleich ein paar Blümchen kaufen und den alten Mann drum bitten.

I know Duo marked this right, but ...in the real world (for lack of better phrasing...) is this also translatable to "The Winter is over."? Or must the translation/correct English phrasing be "The winter has passed."?
Could "The winter is finished" be correct? Duo didn't take it as a correct answer, but I'm sure it makes sense. I geuss it translates more to something like "Der Winter ist klar". But the idea stays the same, right?

I think "The winter is through" should be also accepted as an answer. Check the adjective definition of through on the dictionary (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/through).
