Canberra

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

It’s been 4 days since we arrived in Canberra, the capitol of Australia. Canberra is a 3 hour drive south of Sydney and about 1 hour west from the ocean. The city is known as the “Bush Capitol”. While the population currently sits at about 400,000, things still seem quite rural.

Most of our time here has been spent catching up with family (my husband grew up here).

We even popped past our first place!

Then it was back to the serenity of my inlaws to soak up some sunshine in the garden.

More adventures to come in the days ahead.
