This Is What a Front Row Rose Parade Seat Looks Like
Today was the fulfillment of weeks of mounting excitement here in Pasadena, California!
Volunteers spend hundreds of hours planning events linked to the Parade, decorating floats and coordinating the plethora of details that go into hosting a televised production of such magnitude.
The Tournament of Roses Parade is an annual event that unifies the city of Pasadena in wonderful ways.
All of the floats are literally decorated with real flowers, many of them roses!
It is a celebration of beauty!
And there is even a Rose Parade Queen and her court.
And some guys in boats!
The Goodyear blimp hung overhead to give viewers at home aeriel pics of the action.
Of course, congratulations go out to all the wonderful dancers and musicians who work so hard to rehearse beforehand and then perform all along the parade route.
And props go out to the guys who clean up the poop mess the horses leave behind! ;)
The Budweiser Clydsdale horses awed all of us with their strength and beauty.
It was a beautiful day and a great time for all!
