京都 - 龙安寺石庭 Kyoto - Ryōan-ji Garden

离开奈良，到达京都都已经天黑了。住在京都火车站附近的酒店，酒店每人每天有一杯免费赠饮。
It was getting dark when we arrived at Kyoto. We would stay in a hotel near the railway station. There was a free drink for guests everyday .

酒店饮品。每天每人免费一杯。
It showed the menu of drinks.

我点了draft beer，味道还可以。
I ordered draft beer. It was nice.

晚餐去吃了炸猪扒，非常好吃。猪扒香脆多汁，分量也很足。
For dinner we had fried pork. The pork was very crisp outside and juicy inside, very delicious.

晚上回酒店前顺便研究了一下第二天的交通路线。京都公共交通也是巴士，乘坐一次那时候是230日元，不过大部分游客都会买巴士一日票，大概500日元，在巴士站就有自动售卖机，很方便。搭乘3次就值回票价了。
Before we went back to the hotel, we studied the transportation for the next day. In Kyoto most of public transportation depends on bus. It is 230 yen for one time. However most of tourists will buy an one-day pass which is 500 yen. The one-day pass can be purchased at vending machine near bus stops.

本家第一旭 Kyoto Takabashi Honke Daiichi Asahi

第二天早餐，吃了这家慕名已久的拉面。其实前晚想着过来吃夜宵的，不过太多人排队。于是早上就起了个大早过来吃早餐，还好排队的人不是太多。
In the next day we had this famous tonkotsu shouyu ramen for breakfast. Actually we wanted to have something in the late night in this restaurant but too many people waiting outside. Therefore we came early in the morning for breakfast. Luckily there were not so many people there.

这是餐牌，价钱不贵。特制拉面才合60港币左右。比起香港买的所谓日本正宗拉面动辄就是100港币左右，便宜很多。
It was a menu on the wall. The price was reasonable. The special ramen was around 60 HKD, which was much cheaper than that of Japanese ramen sold in Hong Kong (around 100 HKD).

这是特制拉面。感觉是加大分量的标准版。

味道非常好，汤底厚实，叉烧也够分量，拉面筋道，现在想起来都会流口水。真材实料，因为吃完了不会感到口渴，证明这不是味精汤面。
It was great. The flavor in the soup was very rich. The roast pork was tasty and sufficient. I really miss it. The soup comes from valuable ingredients and you will not feel thirst after the meal.

金阁寺 Kinkaku-ji

第一站，金阁寺（鹿苑寺）
Our first stop was Kinkaku-ji (Rokuon-ji).

个人感觉金阁寺名气太大，有点名过其实。可能它的历史意义高过它的景观和建筑美学。
Personally I think Kinkaku-ji is too famous and its name is bigger than its landscape and architecture.

龙安寺 Ryōan-ji

从金阁寺出来，我们去了龙安寺。
We went to Ryōan-ji from Kinkaku-ji.

龙安寺最最最著名的枯山水。有一种说法是五组石头象征五大洲，小石子地象征着汪洋大海。各种意境只有自己身处其中去慢慢体会。当年Steve Jobs也曾经在龙安寺修行过一段时间，大家是否可以从这枯山水的意境中感受到苹果产品设计的独特品味。
The Ryōan-ji garden is considered one of the finest surviving examples of kare-sansui ("dry landscape"), a refined type of Japanese Zen temple garden design generally featuring distinctive larger rock formations arranged amidst a sweep of smooth pebbles (small, carefully selected polished river rocks) raked into linear patterns that facilitate meditation. The temple and its gardens are listed as one of the Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto, and as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Steve Jobs stayed in Ryōan-ji for a while many years ago. Could you feel some connections between this wonderful view and the style of Apple products?

出来的时候路过一座茶寮，供应龙安寺名物-玉豆腐。由于时间关系我们没有进去。
When we were walking out, there was a tea room for a famous local food - Yu-dofu. Unfortunately we didn't go inside due to the tight schedule.

仁和寺 Ninna-ji

从龙安寺出来，步行就可以达到仁和寺。
Then we went to Ninna-ji on foot.

仁和寺最值得看的就是白书院前面的庭院景观（南庭）。相比龙安寺的玄妙，仁和寺比较的恢宏大气。
The most expected place in the Ninna-ji is Shinden's South Garden. Comparing with the profound garden in Ryōan-ji, it is more broad and open here.

当然还有非常美丽的北庭。山丘，池塘，各种颜色的花巧妙的搭配，使人不得不陶醉在这美丽的景色中。
Of course there is also Shinden's North Garden, the most beautiful and elegant garden I think. All the hill, pond and various flowers join together to have an amazing view in the world.
