The Maijishan Grottoes is one of the four largest grottoes in China. The other three grottoes are the Longmen Grottoes, the Yungang Grottoes and the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes. Maijishan Grottoes are national key cultural relics protection units and also the world-famous art treasure house. Maijishan is located about 35 kilometers southeast of Tianshui City, Gansu Province.

The historical and cultural background of the scenic area is profound. From the Qin Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties, a clear cultural chain has formed. The religious culture of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism has enjoyed a harmonious coexistence with distinctive artistic features. The culture of the grottoes is especially dazzling.

Maiji Mountain Grottoes was built in the early 5th century AD, preserved 221 caves, 10632 stone sculpture, 979.54 square meters of murals, rich in topics, artistic skills.

Maiji Mountain is a Qifeng Mountain in the western part of China's Qinling Mountains Xiaolongshan, 1742 meters above sea level. The unique shape of the mountain, solitary peaks protruding, like wheat stack, so people call it Maijishan.

Due to the long history, some sculptures are inevitably eroded.

Cliffs, people go frightened.

On the way down, I saw a small hole the locals wished, holding banknotes with branches of trees and clinging to the cliffs. The higher the support was said to be, the more promised hope would be.
There are also tourists who think this is a blessing for the Maijishan, for all the Buddhism by building blocks to protect the caves through the ages, always strong.

Some people also say: Facts have proved that in today's society there is no overwhelming money.

They think it is "indomitable", hoping that they and their families can be topless benefactors.

Inside the cave, in addition to the branches and money, there are some Buddha statues and sculptures, all of which are put in by tourists and do not seem to be left over by history.

As for Putting Buddha sculpture here is a few meanings, really do not understand.

Looking at these notes, mostly "gross" votes, willing to put "red sun" very few.
