Благоевград.jpg Blagoevgrad is another great place for spa and historical tourism. In he city is situated the American University in Bulgaria, thats why the population of this town is one of the youngest in the country. The old town is called Varosha and there are many taverns( mehana) where you can taste original Bulgarian cuisine and also hotels and gift shops. It is unique experience to pass trough the little streets and to get lost in history.
